We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $50!
Your orders can be returned within the USA by notifying us within 30 days of receiving your package. You can easily send your products back with a cargo company return label that we will happily send to you.
Have a hassle-free return process by following the steps below:
- - Please refer to the order form included in your package and indicate your reason for return by ticking one of the Return Reasons.
- - Affix the shipping company return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this tag.
- - Please note the tracking number to make tracking easier.
After your package reaches us, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will be informed via e-mail.
Yes, of course, we can wrap your package beautifully and add a small card with your greetings, just write it in “Special instructions for seller” field.

We need 1-3 business days to produce any craft kits; and 5-9 business days to prepare any custom orders. On average your order is ready to ship in a week!
It takes at approximately 3-5 business days to deliver your package within USA, to Europe - 10-18 business days (to Italy and Spain a bit more). To Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia - 14-25 business days. Keep in mind that international delivery is unpredictable and delays at customs are possible. For international orders, after the package has left our studio, it becomes the subject of your local post office.
There is a possibility that you’ll have to pay customs duty and/or import tax. There is no need to pay any duties if you are from: the USA, Australia or EU countries, except for Norway and Switzerland.
We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free. Therefore, there is no cause for concern.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after receiving the package. In case the order has no problems but you still want to return it, all delivery cost lies with customer. *Please note: Due to the digital nature of our PDF patterns we are unable to give a refund for any patterns once they have been downloaded.
